Kim Graveson – Owner

Kim Graveson – Kim has been part of the Winmar Family since 1997.  At the beginning of her career with Winmar, Kim started in the London office working as a receptionist.  A few years later she was promoted to Controller and overseen all the office staff, including the Project Managers/Estimators.  Kim & Kurt opened their own franchise in Barrie in 2002.  They expanded their business in 2007 and opened another location in Orillia.  In 2009 Kim & Kurt purchased a 19,000 square foot building and expanded their services even further.  Now they have a state of the art facility in Barrie.Kim believes hard work, professionalism, honesty and dedication is the key to a successful business.

Kim’s Clean Trust Certifications include Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT), Fire & Smoke Restoration (SRT), Water Restoration Technician (WRT), Odour Control Technician (OCT).  Kim also has been certified with CCRN (Certified Content Restoration Network) for soft content restoration.
