On January 2, 2011, our sewer line backed up onto our basement floor.  It was Sunday, and also a holiday for almost everyone.  We knew that the office of our insurance agent was closed, but we needed action right away.  We placed a call to WINMAR® and were connected to a representative at once.  Within ten minutes he was at our door and took control of the situation. A plumber was dispatched to clear the drain, and a crew was brought in to remove the soiled carpet and wallboard. Within four hours, everything had been cleaned and an array of fans, a dehumidifier and some equipment to remove odors were in place.
