Dear Sirs; 

On Thursday, June 5^th we discovered that a broken joint on a hose reel mounted to the front of our home had resulted in a leak that flooded my daughter’s bedroom. We called our insurance agent, and later in the afternoon called again. Within an hour of the conversation with our agent Stewart Walker of WINMAR arrived at our door to begin assessment and to bring to bear their considerable resources. 

By the evening the room contents were removed and in storage, and wet carpet and wet drywall were removed, and large fans and dehumidifier were in place. The agents and workers were busy until midnight, but they did the work required to prevent mold and mildew from taking hold. 

Late the next day, the entire room and our storage area under the stairs was dry. 

Stewart and his workers were helpful, courteous and articulate. We were always informed as to what was happening and what was expected next. We are very grateful for prompt service and the careful efforts made on our behalf through this “emergency” stage of recovery.
