Michael is a homeowner who selected WINMAR® for his home’s restoration process following an emergent event that caused significant damage to his property.

“Dear WINMAR®,

I wanted to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude for the incredible support and compassion shown by your team during one of the most difficult times in our lives. In November 2023, my wife and I experienced the devastation of a house explosion right across the street from our home. The blast shattered our windows, caused extensive damage, and left much of our property deemed unrestorable due to the age of our home.

Amid all this chaos, my wife had just one request—to find her stuffed bunny, a precious keepsake that once belonged to her late sister. We asked if it would be possible to return it to us in a clear bag so that we could handle it with the care it deserved.

Your team didn’t hesitate. Evander from WINMAR® Whitehorse went above and beyond. Sifting through piles of debris at the city dump, he found that stuffed bunny. It’s hard to put into words what this act of kindness meant to us. My wife and her sister had stitched their initials on it, making it irreplaceable. Having it returned has brought us so much comfort.
