National Franchise Sales Representative

WINMAR® International Inc. is searching for a passionate, sales driven, detail-oriented, and personable individual to join our team as a Franchise Sales Representative to generate leads and sell WINMAR® franchises. This individual will be responsible for assisting with our national franchise sales efforts and development.

The National Franchise Sales Representative is responsible for meeting and exceeding growth projections through new business development and conversions of franchise opportunities. The National Franchise Sales Representative contributes to WINMAR®s overall success by calling on prospective franchisees, developing relationships and networking with industry groups and professionals in the restoration & construction industry.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Generate and map national lead database to target as potential partners or franchisees
  • Work directly with domestic franchise sales leads both on the phone and via email
  • Screen all franchisee applicants to make sure they meet financial and ownership criteria
  • Seamlessly guide the approved leads through the ownership process
  • Know the ins and outs of the company and be knowledgeable on our business model and key differentiators
  • Maintain clear communication with executive team
  • Assist with any additional sales-related projects
  • Be positive and productive
  • Use skill and judgment to put forth candidates that have a strong capability of passing our internal approval process
  • Manage and maintain franchise development lead generation system to ensure timely responses to leads and reporting of current information
  • Ability to generate contacts/leads and identify quality deals that meet the criteria for brand product integrity, financial return, and probability of closing
  • Maintains sales tracking reports and prepares monthly updates
  • Development and & implement strategies for recruiting new franchise candidates & establishing a pipeline of qualified candidates

Required Skills:

  • Experience in franchise sales
  • Undergraduate degree in sales, marketing, or related field preferred
  • Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and value-selling skills
  • A consultative sales approach matched with solid management talents
  • Organizational and planning skills
  • A desire for driving sales results
  • Self-motivated and ability to work autonomously and as well as part of our management team
  • Proven ability to target, prospect, qualify and develop new business client accounts
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding goals/quotas and driving franchise business results
  • Broad based business acumen and ability to collaborate with business leaders
  • Follow directions and work well under deadlines
