Richard brings decades of experience building and leading successful businesses across the restoration, construction, and franchise sectors. Together, Richard and Adam are committed to providing exceptional property restoration and reconstruction services throughout Nova Scotia’s South Shore.
Most recently, Richard owned and operated one of Atlantic Canada’s leading Mr. Rooter Plumbing franchises for more than a decade, overseeing a team of 14 employees while managing operations, financial performance, marketing, and customer relationships. He also currently serves as the Master Franchise Owner for Send Me A Pro in Nova Scotia, where he provides leadership, operational support, and business coaching to franchise owners throughout the province.
The addition of WINMAR® South Shore / Bridgewater reflects Richard’s continued commitment to serving Nova Scotia communities by providing professional property restoration and reconstruction services to homeowners, businesses, insurance professionals, property managers, and institutions throughout the South Shore region. Together, this father and son team will serve the South Shore community.
