As part of WINMAR© Canada’s strategic growth in the full-service restoration business in Canada and more specifically into the Quebec marketplace, this will further strengthen our capacity within the region allowing us to further extend service offerings within the province.  This location will run under the ownership of Steve Chen and Mike Grose and will be their second location in the Quebec Region.

Owner Steve Chen has owned and operated a successful industrial and commercial maintenance business for over 20 years. In 2009 Steve obtained his RBQ license to become a general contractor to help better serve his customers. Steve’s goal is to exceed his customers’ expectations and has always made himself available to find a solution to any problem.

Owner Mike Grose worked in Property Restoration for 25 years starting as a warehouse manager, technician and as an Operations Manager. Mike has owned and operated a successful business supplying qualified labourer’s in support of the restoration business. Mike brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to WINMAR in the restoration business.
