Sarnia, ON. March 28, 2023: WINMAR® (Canada) International, Ltd., is pleased to announce new ownership of WINMAR® Sarnia. In November 2022 Hakan Kocadogan acquired ownership.

WINMAR® Sarnia is the original home of the first WINMAR® Office in Canada opening in May 1992. Hakan is an excellent ambassador to continue the WINMAR® brand in the Sarnia area. Owner Hakan Kocadogan joined WINMAR® Sarnia in 2002 as Project Manager under the mentorship of Paul Wormith, one of the founders of WINMAR®. He was able to develop skills in restoration, construction project management and extensive knowledge of the insurance industry. Hakan holds a BA from the University of Windsor in International Relations. Hakan was born and raised in Sarnia. This has allowed Hakan the opportunity to establish community connections and business relationships to further promote the WINMAR® brand and increase business in the area. Now with more than 22 years in restoration Hakan is proud to take on ownership of WINMAR® Sarnia. Hakan’s desire to travel was instilled by his parents, he has travelled extensively throughout Europe. Hakan has been involved in playing sports since age five, continuing with ice hockey through to university.
